What Shipping Methods Are Available?

All smaller parcels are sent out Royal Mail First Class so should be expected with 2-3 days.  Larger parcels will be sent by Hermes couriers.  Your email address will be registered with the parcel for you to be notified of delivery.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Shipping in updated at the checkout for the UK, Ireland and France.  Other locations are possible but please call for more information.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

All orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours and postage is by first class.  We therefore say please allow 2-5 working days but more often than not it will arrive the next day.  If a delivery is urgent please do call us to discuss the options.

For personalised products please allow 10 – 14 days.  If they are urgent then please call and we can check availability for you.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

The website works with World pay which accepts all major credit cards or alternatively Paypal can be used.

Orders over the phone can also be paid by cheque but goods will not be dispatched until the appropriate funds have been received.

How do I place an Order?

Orders can be placed through the website or alternatively over the phone.  Proceed to checkout once you have completed your shopping and it with take you through the payment processes.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Once an order has been confirmed it is processed through an external payment system which we are unable to interrupt.  However please call us on 01829 760168 and we will do our best to help you.  If a parcel has not yet been sent we can update it for you.  If the parcel has already been dispatched we would be happy to talk you through the options open to you.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No account is required for an order to be placed.  It simply helps you track what your previous orders have been.

How Do I Track My Order?

If you would like to be able to track your parcel then please do call us and we can arrange the postage accordingly.  Alternatively for larger parcels they will be sent by Hermes couriers who will email you the delivery information with your options for tracking the parcel.

How Can I Return a Product?

To return a product please call 01829 760168 and we can arrange a refund for you.  If the product is unused and still in original condition the refund will be processed once the product has been returned.
